0/ Project start-up consultation, discussion.
Introductory consultation on product, technology, machine, production line, production cell, plant, plant unit, planned and estimated Ownership Expectation and Deadline.
1/ Project planning.
Setting goals and strategy. TEAM definition of the project.
2/ VSM Map.
Making a map of the current condition and the technological process. We perform process measurements.
3/ Pace Maker.
On the basis of the VSM map we determine the bottleneck of the production process, the problem itself. We analyze process measurements.
4/ Root Cause Analysis.
We perform a root cause analysis of the Pacemaker process.
5/ Corrective actions.
We develop and provide a solution proposal, which can reduce, eliminate the losses of the production and technological process (Muda), optimize and standardize its production, and reduce its costs.
6/ Preparing for the implementation.
Based on the corrective measures adopted by you, we will determine the steps of implementation and introduction, all with your participation and consent.
7/ Implementation.
We will assist in the implementation of the specified corrective actions.
8/ Follow-up and Verification of Project Results.
Follow-up we will check a confirmation of the results.
9/ Closing the project.
