I am Péter Kazár, founder of CHECK IT LEAN ECOSYSTEM LTD.
My education: MSC. mechanical engineer, production and product planning engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt.

Since 1997, after graduating from the University, I have worked for Hungarian and International, Multinational companies in the Automotive Industry, Household Technology Industry, and Heavy Metal Structure Manufacturing.

I started my professional career as a Shift Leader, Production Support Engineer and later became Area Production Leader, Lean Process Engineering Manager, Production Manager, Lean Manager.

In all cases, I consider Customer Satisfaction and Value Creation, Quality and Quantity Cost-Optimized Efficient LEAN-based production to be the most important tasks.

I have built and started my business according to these Principles and Goals, with more than 20 years of professional experience in my field.

STRATEGY

I / Lean Manufacturing:
Using Lean practice, my goal is to develop and implement cost reduction and loss-free manufacturing, a new production structure and approach while optimally reducing manufacturing costs. My main task is to lay the foundations for Strategic Thinking.

II/ Technology supporting:
In the course of my work, I consider it important that my Partners understand and master the basics, task and goal of continuous development, and then participate in and start independent process development projects at their own Company and within their own field. My main tasks are technology improvement, process analysis, problem solving, standardization, training.

III/ Construction of a new production process:
Complete improvement and standardization of the new production process from the first step. I consider it my main task to filter out and eliminate deviations and losses that hinder the production of later series already in the design phase of the project.
